[Marcel straightens at that, advancing in, but Davina holds up her hand, as she parses through the impressions she gets off Allison's hand. It doesn't work with most humans, but Allison spends enough time in the fringes of the supernatural that she responds when Davina asks.

When she opens her eyes again, she nods and takes a step back.]

We need to start evacuating the witches to the bayou, starting with the children. Slowly, so as not to attract attention, but efficiently.

[Aiden nods. "We'll make space for them and retreat as far as we can. I'm assuming we can count on them for cloaking spells in return."

Davina nods.]

The bayou is our best chance. It's a veritable maze - if they don't know how to navigate it, they'll drown before they figure it out. And while we're doing that, the vampires can work on fettering out the hunters. Once we narrow down a few, we can use them to lure out or track their friends, depending.
